What this site collects.
Effective November 15th, 2026.
No cookies, no third-party requests. This site counts page views on its own server, by page and day; nothing about you is stored.
This site
- Analytics
- One: our own tally, described above. A browser that sends Do Not Track is not counted.
- Third parties
- None. Every file comes from this domain.
- Server logs
- Our host, Cloudflare, keeps the ordinary request counts any web server keeps. They are not joined to anything else.
- The request form
- Kept to reply to you: law firm or claims organization, its name, your name, work email, state. Bar number (law firms), cases per month, partner code. And how you found the site: the link’s campaign tag and the site that sent you. Not shared, not sold. It posts to this site’s own server.
- If you email us
- Mail to support@claracord.com reaches a person. It is kept as correspondence, and nobody is added to a mailing list from it.
The client portal
The client portal is a separate application. How it keeps, encrypts, deletes and gives access to records is on the Trust page and in the data protection agreement.
